J&K Industries Limited, a State Owned Company incorporated in
October, 1963, having authorized share capital of Rs.20.00 Crores, is presently
managing 16 manufacturing units.
The main objective/functions of the company as per its Memorandum and Articles
of Association aims to run, manufacture and administer the State Industrial
Undertaking in a manner that would ensure their economical working.
Products
Processing and manufacturing of Textiles, Knitwears / Joisery, Joinery and Furniture products as well as Silk (Plain and Printed) fabrics, besides Rosin and Turpentine. Arranging raw materials for production of all such products and marketing thereof.
